BUYER & PROCUREMENT FAQ
Good questions.
Clear starting points.
Practical answers for businesses, churches, nonprofits, and procurement teams evaluating an international services partner.
Where is Talent Refuge based?
Talent Refuge works with Pakistan-based talent to support international clients. We discuss the team location, work arrangement, and relevant time-zone overlap during scoping.
Can your team work US business hours?
Potentially, depending on the role and staffing plan. We confirm time-zone overlap, holidays, handoffs, and any after-hours expectations in the proposed scope; 24/7 coverage is not assumed.
How do you protect our data?
We first identify the data and systems involved. Appropriate confidentiality terms, access permissions, approved tools, retention practices, and escalation expectations must be agreed for the specific engagement. We do not claim a security certification or compliance attestation here.
Will our staff control access to company systems?
Our preferred approach is to use client-managed accounts and appropriately limited permissions wherever practical. The exact access arrangement, authentication requirements, and revocation steps are agreed before onboarding.
Do you sign NDAs or service agreements?
We can discuss an NDA and a written services agreement. Final terms, including confidentiality, deliverables, payment, ownership, termination, and governing law, are subject to mutual review and agreement.
What services can we start with?
A focused pilot or defined workstream is often a practical starting point. Examples include customer inbox support, scheduling, CRM administration, website maintenance, or a scoped digital project.
How is performance reviewed?
The client and Talent Refuge should select measures that match the actual work, such as turnaround time, accuracy, quality reviews, completed tasks, or customer experience measures. The reporting method and frequency are agreed before delivery.
What happens if there is a problem?
We recommend identifying an account contact, issue categories, communication channels, and escalation timing in the engagement plan. Any guaranteed response or resolution times must be written into the agreement.
Can you work with churches and nonprofits?
Yes, we welcome inquiries from churches, ministries, nonprofits, and community organizations. We tailor workflows to the mission and avoid assuming access to sensitive pastoral, donor, or beneficiary information.
Do you have public case studies, testimonials, or certifications?
We publish only verified client references and documented credentials with appropriate permission. Please ask during a consultation about materials that are available for review; none are implied by this website.
How do you price your services?
Pricing depends on the scope, skills, schedule, tools, duration, and any specific compliance or coverage needs. We provide a tailored proposal after understanding the requirements; no standard rate is implied.
What should we prepare before the first call?
A short description of the workflow, estimated volume, desired schedule, tools involved, data sensitivity, and success criteria is enough to begin. We can help clarify missing details during discovery.
