Onboarding & scope
We begin with a discovery discussion, a defined work scope, responsibilities, and a proposed handoff plan. Before starting, both parties should agree on deliverables, owners, acceptance criteria, and the initial review period.
Good outsourcing relationships begin with clear expectations. Here are the areas we discuss and document with each prospective client before work begins.
These are proposed engagement practices, not a claim that every measure is already deployed for every client.
We begin with a discovery discussion, a defined work scope, responsibilities, and a proposed handoff plan. Before starting, both parties should agree on deliverables, owners, acceptance criteria, and the initial review period.
A confidentiality agreement can be discussed before sensitive information is shared. We establish the data categories involved and agree on handling, retention, and deletion expectations appropriate to the work.
We aim for client-controlled accounts, least-privilege permissions, and approved tools. Access methods, authentication, recording restrictions, and offboarding steps should be documented before any systems are accessed.
US-time-zone collaboration can be scoped based on role, coverage window, staffing, and cost. We confirm the agreed schedule and response expectations rather than assuming 24/7 coverage.
Each engagement should define the outputs that matter: sample reviews, accuracy checks, response targets, status updates, or other relevant measures. Reporting cadence and quality ownership are agreed with the client.
We identify primary contacts, escalation paths, and what constitutes an urgent issue. Any backup coverage, recovery process, or service-level commitment must be agreed explicitly in the proposal.
For each engagement, we aim to agree on the scope, approved systems, named contacts, working hours, quality expectations, and contractual terms before live work begins.
We will not claim third-party security certifications, regulatory compliance, 24/7 staffing, or quantified results without substantiation.
If your procurement process requires an NDA, vendor questionnaire, data-processing terms, insurance documentation, references, or specific security controls, raise those requirements early so availability and suitability can be assessed before contracting.
